Our Mission Statement:

Our mission statement is to promote self-awareness, fitness, confidence, self – esteem and respect. We offer martial arts instruction to any individual who is willing and capable of learning.

IT IS BETTER TO KNOW SELF DEFENSE AND NOT NEED IT, THAN NEED SELF DEFENSE AND NOT KNOW IT!

Our style

Silent Tiger Martial Arts is a martial arts school located in Bowmanville, Ontario and offers martial arts study in the art of Shaolin – Do – Kempo Karate. We also offer some instruction in Ju-Jitsu and some Kung Fu. The school caters to both young and mature students wishing to better themselves through martial arts training. We also offer the opportunity to compete at various  levels of competition.

The goal of Silent Tiger Martial Arts is to provide a family oriented center which allows the training of self defense, physical empowerment, and the reinforcement of family values through the study of martial arts.

Some of our Black Belt instructors come from other Martial Arts backgrounds which allows us to provide seminars in other styles and subject our students to a full range of martial arts possibilities.
